SHERBURNE VILLAGE MAP & STORY POINTS:

Rexford Falls:
Located about a mile outside the village on Route 80 heading east or heading east past the pool on Rexford Falls Road, it's Sherburne's only notable natural landmark though most villager's probably have fonder memories of it as a type of lover's lane or party spot.

The more scenic entrance to Rexford Falls is from the backside on Rexford Falls Road as you travel into a small forest. This picture was taken from the 1980 yearbook. It's quite a drop to the top of the falls- I doubt it's survivable.
This is a closer view of the above picture. You can see the turn-style gate. In the book Sugar and Scamp were on the bridge while General was trying to figure out how to manuever that rotating gate and attack them.
This is my daughter in 2005, It's a slightly different angle but I was surprised to compare pictures and realize that after 25 years nothing has changed except maybe a paint job.
